These and the 10mg CBD are both super good! The 3mg have less thc so it is super suble and smooth, however, if you want a stronger product because you feel this may not be strong enough for you, go for the 10mg gummies. I use both for different things, 3mg during the day and 1/3 to 1/2 of the 10mg gummy at night for better rest.
By far MY FAVORITE. I am 110lb so I take about 1/3 of these in the evening to decompress from work. Someone weighing more may want to take more to start, but work your way up or down depending on the effects and the feel you’d like. LOVE these! For the 10mg gummies don’t drive when taking. Be smart. 3mg are more chill.
These are sooo good, you gotta remember not to take the whole thing right away because they are so good. However, test these out, I love these. People who suffer from ailments or different issues should def test these out. Yes, you will see the difference! Start with 1/2 then take more if needed. Wait about 30-60min to feel effects.
