We provide returns on products purchased directly from us within 30 days of delivery, at our sole discretion. Please first contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return started. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company. - Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
- Please submit a receipt or proof of purchase when you contact support so that we can expedite your refund.
- Buyer is solely responsible for covering the costs of shipping on returns.
- Please carefully package the items you are returning and include the receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a return notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
- We can’t accept returns on items that were not purchased directly from bZen Organics. For third party purchases, please return the products directly to the third party.

CBD and Efficacy
Everyone’s experience with CBD is different, and we make no claims that CBD will affect everyone the same.
